Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
2 ripe bananas
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
Coconut oil (to grease the pan)
Preparation:
First, using a bowl, crush the bananas until they reach a uniform texture. Then add the eggs, baking soda, vanilla essence and a pinch of salt to the bowl.
Then mix everything until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
After that, heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and grease it with coconut oil. Let’s now pour small portions of the dough into the frying pan, forming pancakes.
