Ingredients:
°5 eggs
°16g baking powder
°200g powdered sugar (1 1/2 cups)
°200g butter (3/4150 cups)
°50g potato starch
°300g flour (2 cups)
° a pinch of salt
°150g of yogurt (1 cup)
°vanilla
Preparation:
1. Put the ingredients in a blender.
2. Mix for 3 minutes.
3. Pour the batter into a cake mold (22cm)
4. Bake at 180° for 40 minutes (360°F)
